Complete Business Management (CBM) is a relatively new concept to many businesses, and involves a 3rd-Party manager (such as myself) taking complete responsibility of all management duties for a business or individual without being an employee.
This is particularly useful when the entity can function on a day-to-day basis without a manager, however a "part-time" manager is required to assist with duties such as budgeting, strategic planning, marketing, financial reporting and so on.
Basically... why pay for a fulltime manager when you don't need one? The concept seems simple enough. Casual employees have been in vogue for years, so why not extend that to management?
