As a Reckon Accredited Partner I am certified to install and provide
training on the entire QuickBooks range including Point of Sale. My
rates are:
- Installation: FREE if software is purchased from me at RRP + 1 hours FREE training included
- Training and consultation: $70 per hour + GST
- Tech Support/Trouble shooting: $80 per hour + GST
- Bookkeeping/Data Entry: $45 per hour + GST
- Advanced Bookkeeping: $55 per hour + GST
- Travel: $20 per hour + GST (waived for 1st visit)
- Phone Support: FREE for all clients up to 6 months after last visit

With the advent of high speed broadband and increasingly sophisticated peer-to-peer PC connections, it is now possible to provide safe and secure remote training in real time - anywhere in the world. Wherever you are, whatever the time of day or night, you can connect securely to my computer so I can assist with your problem at hand. If a problem takes 15 minutes to fix, why pay for a consultant to travel to your place of business? I believe this is the future of software training and support, and I think you'll agree after one session.
